Welcome to PrintMatch. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrintMatch website, services, and any quotes, consultations, or production coordination provided by PrintMatch. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About PrintMatch
PrintMatch is a print sourcing and consulting platform that helps clients identify appropriate print suppliers for their specific project needs. PrintMatch works with vetted, trade-only print suppliers and acts as the primary point of contact for clients during quoting, coordination, and (where applicable) production.
PrintMatch is not a manufacturer and does not operate print equipment unless explicitly stated.
2. Scope of Services
PrintMatch services may include:

Specification review and clarification

Supplier sourcing and matching

Quoting and cost estimation

Project coordination and management
-
Production oversight (when selected)
The scope of services provided will depend on the project and may vary.
3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided by PrintMatch are based on information supplied by the client and trade pricing obtained from suppliers.

Quotes are valid for a limited time, typically 10–14 days, unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change if specifications, quantities, timelines, materials, or finishing options change.

PrintMatch reserves the right to revise a quote if supplier pricing changes or if additional work is required.
4. Consultation Fees
Certain projects may require a paid consultation fee.

Consultation fees are disclosed prior to engagement.

Consultation fees may be credited toward the final project cost if the project proceeds, where specified.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once consultation services have begun.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project specifications and requirements

Reviewing and approving quotes, proofs, and mockups

Supplying print-ready artwork unless design services are included
-
Confirming quantities, dimensions, materials, and finishes

Approving final proofs prior to production
PrintMatch is not responsible for errors approved by the client in final proofs.
6. Artwork, Proofs & Approvals

All projects require written approval before production begins.

Once approved, changes may result in additional charges and delays.

PrintMatch is not responsible for spelling, grammar, layout, or design errors after approval.

Color variation may occur due to differences in screens, materials, and printing processes.
7. Production & Turnaround Times

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on supplier capacity, material availability, and external factors.

Rush services may incur additional fees.

PrintMatch is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
8. Payments

Payment terms are specified on the quote or invoice.

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

Late payments may delay production or delivery.

All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
9. Cancellations & Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Cancellation prior to production may still incur costs for setup, materials, or services already completed.

Change requests after approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
10. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are not accepted.

Reprints or credits will be considered only in cases of verified production defects.

Variations within industry-standard tolerances are not considered defects.
-
Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
11. Supplier Relationships

PrintMatch works with independent, trade-only suppliers.

Supplier identities and pricing structures are confidential.

Clients may not contact PrintMatch suppliers directly unless expressly authorized in writing.
12. Limitation of Liability
PrintMatch’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question. PrintMatch is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Lost profits or business interruption

Delays or errors caused by third-party suppliers or carriers
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the PrintMatch website, including text, logos, and materials, is the property of PrintMatch and may not be reproduced without written permission.
14. Confidentiality
All pricing, supplier information, and proprietary processes are confidential and may not be disclosed without written consent.
15. Termination
PrintMatch reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion, including in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Province/State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
